Product Introduction
The preparation of affinity chromatography resin through coupling bio-specific ligands to pre-activated resin is a well-established and widely applied mature technology. Epoxy-activated Singarose 6B and Epoxy-activated Singarose 4FF are pre-activated agarose resins that can be used for coupling ligands containing amino, sulfhydryl, or hydroxyl groups. They are commonly employed for coupling carbohydrate molecules or other molecules with carbohydrate side chains, featuring advantages such as easy use, mild coupling conditions, high coupling efficiency, and wide application scope.
