Weak Anion Exchange Resin (DEAE)
Product Introduction
Ion Exchange Chromatography (IEC) utilizes ion exchange ligands as the stationary phase, enabling separation based on the reversible exchange of ions between mobile phase components and stationary phase counter-ions, leveraging differences in binding affinity. This method offers high resolution, large working capacity, and operational simplicity, making it one of the most frequently used purification technologies for biopharmaceuticals, proteins, polypeptides, and other biomolecules. The IEC resin structure comprises three essential components: Cross-linked polymeric matrix (base matrix); Functional groups covalently attached to the matrix; Mobile ions carrying opposite charges to the functional groups, capable of undergoing ion exchange.
Product Series
Captarose HF series features a highly rigid agarose microsphere matrix with an average particle size of 75 μm. The Captarose matrix undergoes chemical modification and engineering to achieve superior mechanical properties, delivering high dynamic binding capacity under elevated flow rates for rapid processing of large sample volumes.
Singarose FF series employs a 6% highly cross-linked agarose microsphere matrix (90 μm average particle size) with functional groups covalently immobilized via stable bonds. Characterized by high flow rates and broad applicability, it serves as a standard resin for large-scale purification of biomacromolecules.
Singarose HP series features a 6% highly cross-linked agarose microsphere matrix (34 μm average particle size) with functional groups covalently attached. Known for high resolution, it is widely used in intermediate and polishing steps of downstream processing.
