PolyExion HR Resin
Product Introduction
Ion exchange chromatography achieves separation of different substances based on differences in molecular surface charge (type, number, and distribution), making it the most commonly used method for purifying large biomolecules. PolyExion HR series of ion exchange chromatography resins utilize a polymeric matrix composed of styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer microspheres. After surface hydrophilic modification, ion exchange groups are covalently bonded to the matrix, providing excellent biocompatibility and physicochemical stability for bioactive macromolecules while significantly enhancing purification efficiency. PolyExion HR product are suitable for the polishing of proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and small molecule drugs.
