MIX-A Resin
Product Introduction
Mixed-mode chromatography resin is an innovative type of resin that immobilizes multimodal ligands onto a substrate matrix. Through multiple types of molecular interactions with target molecules or impurities, it achieves high selectivity and operational adaptability under various process conditions, effectively solving challenging separation and purification problems.
MIX-A Captarose HF incorporates functional groups such as benzene rings and quaternary ammonium groups onto highly rigid agarose resin. MIX-A Captarose HR uses the same functional groups on high-resolution, high-rigidity agarose resin. As part of the MIX-A series of strong anion exchange mixed-mode chromatography resins, these products exhibit salt ion tolerance. When applied to antibody purification, the flow-through mode is typically employed, enabling efficient removal of antibody aggregates, host cell proteins, nucleic acids, endotoxins, and leached Protein A.
