Singarose Resin (GF)
Product Introduction
Singarose 4B and Singarose 6B are beaded gel filtration resins prepared from 4% and 6% agarose respectively, featuring hydrogen-bonded gel structures. These resins are relatively soft with poor pressure resistance.
Singarose CL-4B and Singarose CL-6B are further cross-linked derivatives of Singarose 4B and 6B. They exhibit superior physicochemical stability compared to their non-CL counterparts while maintaining equivalent selectivity and enabling faster flow rates.
Singarose 4 FF and Singarose 6 FF are highly cross-linked variants derived from Singarose 4B and 6B. With higher cross-linking degrees than CL-series media, they demonstrate enhanced physicochemical stability, faster flow rates, and organic solvent tolerance, making them suitable for separating samples containing organic reagents.
