Product Introduction
Captarose 4 HF and Captarose 6 HF are highly rigid agarose-based resins developed through chemical modification and engineering of Singarose 4 FF and Singarose 6 FF. These resins exhibit superior pressure resistance and faster flow rates compared to their Singarose FF counterparts.
As gel filtration chromatography resins, Captarose 4 HF and Captarose 6 HF are commonly used for separation, purification, or detection of biological macromolecules such as polysaccharides, nucleic acids, and viruses. Their chemical modification capabilities allow further functionalization to create multi-functional separation resins, serving as matrices for ion-exchange, hydrophobic interaction, affinity, or mixed-mode chromatography resins.
